Ygrene agreed to sponsor a research team at the USC School of Public Policy to perform an in-depth study of the impacts of PACE and PACE-financed projects. The results are astounding, especially in Florida: over $700 million in insurance premium savings, more than $500 million of avoided property damage, and avoided temporary housing costs of $135 million over the useful life of the 21,855 projects completed in Florida through July 2018.
